I'm Ellis Fox (they/them), an illustrator and designer 
based in the low country of Charleston, SC. I'm currently an Illustration major at SCAD approaching my BFA for Animated Illustration & Publication.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I throw every facet of my passions between illustrating, painting, writing, and editing (and dancing on breaks) into the projects and individual pieces I approach. My approach in particular rests in embracing the silly, strange, and honest realms of navigating ourselves and seeing others.

Between adaptable mediums, I also design and art direct collaborative creative projects. Taking on leading roles where I can support a team, client, and a project's growth fulfills my constant drive to connect and explore!

Beyond illustrating and designing, I'm passionate about introducing art to new groups of people. As an ambassador at SCAD, I support young artists beginning their practice, and I aid in college admissions events and donation outreaches. When I have time just to myself, though, I love to cook, write, research, and watch a good (and occasionally bad) movie.
